The 2025 Changchun International Medicine and Health Industry Expo was successfully held from December 7 to 9. The China-ROK Demonstration Zone organized a total of 20 enterprises from 5 institutions, including Daegu Haany University, Gyeongbuk Global Distribution Association, BTGin Co Ltd, F&B Technology Co Ltd, and China Eye Valley, to showcase their cutting-edge products and innovative achievements in the field of health industry.
Immersive South Korean exhibition area was popular.
With "experience + interaction" as its core, South Korean exhibitors created an immersive exhibition area integrating cosmetics experience and ginseng food tasting. The site not only displayed a variety of special products including cosmetics, ginseng foods, health supplements and dental implant materials, but also allowed visitors to experience the healthy diet culture of South Korean by tasting stir-fried glass noodles and rice porridge.
China Eye Valley created exhibition highlights.
The China Eye Valley International Innovation Center, together with high-quality enterprises in the valley such as Clear Vision and Shijing Medical Software, built an immersive exhibition area themed “Technology Empowering Eye Health". The exhibition area integrated technology display, interactive experience and professional consultation, and showcased over 10 cutting-edge technologies and products such as intelligent optometry equipment and devices for treating strabismus and amblyopia in teenagers. Through product demonstrations, technical interpretations and on-site experiences, visitors could truly experience the cutting-edge technology in the field of eye optometry.
Deepen industrial cooperation through exhibitions as a medium.
During the expo, the China-ROK Demonstration Zone actively served as an industrial coordination platform, organized exhibitors to conduct on-site visits to local companies, industrial parks and universities, and conducted extensive discussions on such topics as cooperative development of the silver economy, promotion of cosmetics and food trade, as well as exploration of cooperative education, with multiple important cooperation consensuses reached. The Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons signed a tripartite strategic cooperation framework agreement with the China-ROK Demonstration Zone and the Jilin Beauty & Cosmetics Association to jointly build a collaborative innovation and development platform for Chinese and South Korean medical beauty, injecting new impetus into the integration of regional health industries.
This year's expo is not only a grand exhibition of health products, but also an important bridge for cooperation and connection between the health industries of China and South Korea. Through careful organization and resource integration, the China-ROK Demonstration Zone has effectively promoted pragmatic exchanges and project implementation among universities, associations and enterprises, and has demonstrated its platform function and leading role in enhancing international health industry cooperation and serving high-quality regional development, laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in the field of health between China and South Korea in the future.
