On March 13, at the invitation of the CPPCC Changchun Committee, Macao members of the CPPCC Changchun Committee,the Macao Industry and CommerceAssociation and the Macao Youth Entrepreneurs Association organized inspection teams to participate inthe Changchun—Macao Economic, Trade and Cultural Exchanges and Cooperation Matchmaking Meeting held in the China-ROK City Pavilion.

At the meeting, leaders of the Cooperation and Exchanges Office of the Changchun Municipal Government, the Changchun Opening-up and Cooperation Demonstration Zone and the Tianding Mountain Tourism Resort Townintroducedthe city, the demonstration zone and industrial projects, respectively. The representative of the Macao Industry and Commerce Associationinterpreted policies and future development plans ofMacao's TCM health industry.Heads of Jilin Agricultural University and Changchun University of Chinese Medicine promoted the comprehensive utilization project ofedible fungi and the medicinal product project of ginseng and sika deer.

During the event, the Macao Industry and Commerce Association and the ChangchunFederation of Industry and Commerce signed an agreement on establishingfriendly and cooperative relations. The Macao Youth Entrepreneurs Association and the Changchun Youth Federation signed anagreement on establishing friendly and cooperative relations. The Macao-Changchun Friendship Association and the Changchun Opening-up and Cooperation Demonstration Zonesigned an agreement on establishing friendly and cooperative relations.

Changchun and Macao will take the meeting as an opportunity to carry outmulti-field and multi-level cooperation.All Macao members of the CPPCC Changchun Committee, members of the Macao Industry and CommerceAssociation and young entrepreneurs in Macao will also seizethe opportunities brought by Changchun's revitalization and development, give full play to their role as bridges, further deepen cooperation, and contribute to the coordinated and healthy development of the two places.
