On November 14, Liu Naijun, secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone, and Yang Zhen, director of the Management Office of the Changchun Opening-up and Cooperation Demonstration Zone, jointly met with Victor Kang, head of WSG Company in South Korea. They built consensus through consultation on project cooperation, and witnessed the official signing of the memorandum of cooperation between Zhongke Company and WSG Company.
WSG Company was founded in Busan, South Korea in 1988. It is a leading manufacturer of precision engineering products for ultra-high purity (UHP) applications in South Korea. For many years, the company has been offering services to technology-intensive industries such as semiconductors, microelectronics, flat panel displays, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. It has also been providing cost-effective and high-precision solutions for medical equipment, linear motion and control, marine vessels and electric vehicle battery systems, power and energy, as well as petrochemical products industries. WSG is the only global supplier within the Samsung system in South Korea that can provide products for both biopharmaceuticals and semiconductors.
Liu Naijun said that the China-ROK Demonstration Zone has always taken deepening China-ROK cooperation as its core, focused on attracting and implementing high-quality South Korean investment projects, continuously optimized the business environment, and built cooperation bridges. The visit of Victor Kang marks the official launch of the WSG project. This is an important achievement of the demonstration zone in deepening the cooperation between China and South Korea and accurately matching high-quality resources. It is also a vivid practice of the demonstration zone in continuously optimizing the business environment and improving the quality and efficiency of investment promotion. It will inject new strong impetus into the coordinated development of industries between China and South Korea.
Next, Zhongke Company will fully leverage its role as a bridge and resource integration, provide full process and specialized tracking services for the project, closely monitor key nodes including project initiation, construction and production, and spare no effort to ensure the early implementation and yields of the project.
