Accompanied by Li Zuoxin, deputy director of the Changchun Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Wu Tieli, chairman of Xiaozhu Auto, Wang Ligen, general manager of Xiaozhu Auto, and Wang Jianhua, head of the cooperative finance company, visited the China-ROK Demonstration Zone and held a meeting on August 25. Focusing on the coordinated development of the second-hand car export industry, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on second-hand car procurement, maintenance, resource integration and financial services, with a preliminary cooperation consensus reached.
At the meeting, Tang Dapeng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone and director of its Management Committee, extended a warm welcome to the Changchun Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Xiaozhu Auto, and detailed the development and future plans of the demonstration zone in the field of second-hand car exports. Wu Tieli provided an introduction to the development history, core business, operation model and future strategic planning of Xiaozhu Auto. He said that the well-established infrastructure and development foundation of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone have laid a solid base for the export of second-hand cars. Xiaozhu Auto will fully leverage its accumulated market experience and channel advantages in the field of second-hand car exports, actively carry out cooperation with the demonstration zone, and help the quality and efficiency improvement of the local second-hand car export industry, Wu added.
Tang Dapeng said that under the overall planning and layout of the Changchun Municipal Bureau of Commerce, it is hoped that both parties will fully integrate the second-hand car resources of Changchun city, rely on the supporting advantages of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone, focus on sharing the Russian market channels, integrating supply chain resources and building a high-level and large-scale second-hand car export base, keep deepening exchanges, promote the upgrading of second-hand car export business to standardization, scale and normalization, further consolidate and expand Changchun's competitive advantages in the Russian second-hand car market, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of regional foreign trade.
The team also visited the China-ROK City Pavilion, the Northeast Asia Machinery City, and the Industrial Innovation Base.
