On the morning of July 23, Cao Hongbin, executive vice-president of Tianjin Urban Construction Group, and his team visited the China-ROK Demonstration Zone, focusing on solid-state battery industry cooperation and university construction. Tang Dapeng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone and director of its Management Committee, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Tang Dapeng extended a warm welcome to Executive Vice-President Cao Hongbin and his team. Tang provided a detailed introduction to the unique advantages and solid foundation of the demonstration zone in the development of the solid-state battery industry. To speed up project implementation, the demonstration zone has formulated a pragmatic and efficient promotion path, he said, adding that he looks forward to accelerating the construction of a complete industrial chain ecosystem for solid-state batteries by introducing more high-quality projects and leveraging industrial agglomeration effects.
Cao Hongbin expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from the demonstration zone, and highlighted Tianjin Urban Construction Group's technical route planning, market prospect analysis and proposed cooperation model in related fields. Cao said that the demonstration zone has abundant land resources, significant location advantages, and enormous development potential. Tianjin Urban Construction Group will fully leverage its own advantages and actively seek deep cooperation with the demonstration zone in such areas as solid-state battery industrialization and university construction to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, he added.
The team also visited the demonstration zone's unmanned aerial vehicle industry park, new energy vehicle industry park, and international cultural, educational and technological industry park, gaining a deeper understanding of the relevant planning layout and development status.
Yang Zhen, director of the Management Office of the Changchun Opening-up and Cooperation Demonstration Zone, and officials from the Bureau of Development and Reform, the Bureau of Commerce, the Bureau of Urban-Rural Integrated Development, the Bureau of Finance, the Branch Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and Zhongfa Company participated in the above-mentioned activities.
