From April 16 to 18, Tang Dapeng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone and director of its Management Committee, led a team to Beijing and Hebei to carry out precise investment promotion activities on the industrial chain. Focusing on the three strategic emerging industries of intelligent manufacturing, new energy storage and digital economy, they deeply engaged with leading enterprises' innovative resources, efficiently promoted high-quality cooperation projects, and injected new momentum into the development of a modern industrial system in the demonstration zone. 

Focus on intelligent manufacturing, and build a collaborative innovation ecosystem.

In the Tangshan Robot Industrial Park, the team visited the national-level robot exhibition and experience center, and learned about the entire industrial chain ecosystem of robots. They held in-depth discussions with the Tangshan Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and the park's operators regarding the application of robots in special emergency response, medical care for the elderly, industrial inspection, education and training, disaster relief and other characteristic fields. They also explored the feasibility of establishing an integrated platform for technology R&D, pilot production and scenario application in the demonstration zone, reaching a preliminary consensus on cooperation.

At the Baichuan Robot Shared Intelligent Manufacturing Factory, the team gained an understanding of its industrial chain model integrating basic research by universities and research institutes, pilot transformation by shared manufacturing platforms, and creation of innovative application scenarios. They conducted in-depth research on the factory's "front-end research and back-end production" cooperation model and "equipment leasing + technology output" light-asset operation system. They also visited the sci-tech achievements transformation base of the Hebei Intelligent Equipment (Robot) Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center. Discussions were held on establishing an incubation platform for small and medium-sized technology firms in the demonstration zone and advancing the digital manufacturing industrial park project.

During the visit to Tangshan Kaiyuan Electric Group, the team learned about the company's development history, observed its self-developed TKAS intelligent welding system and production line in the automated welding digital factory, and exchanged views on its strengths in welding new materials, technologies, processes, and automated control. At Tangshan Panasonic Industrial Machinery Company, the team visited the intelligent manufacturing factory and robot assembly workshop, and conducted discussions on the cooperation models of Kaiyuan, Kobelco and Panasonic, as well as their upstream and downstream advantages in the industrial chain. Efforts were made to promote the establishment of a fully automatic welding experimental center and a shared production workshop.

Focus on the new energy sector, and accelerate green transition.

At the China State Shipbuilding Corporation in Baoding, the team visited the Fengfan Energy Storage Technology Company's industrial park, the Plastics Technology Company's production line and the High-tech Power Supply's 101 factory production line. Discussions revolved around Fengfan's advantages in energy storage batteries, new energy applications and recycling, the development of high-energy-density batteries, the application scenarios of new energy vehicle batteries in Changchun city, and the Dongchi solid-state battery project in the demonstration zone. The two sides explored the cooperative path for the Fengfan optoelectronic energy storage integration project in Changchun, reaching a preliminary consensus on cooperation.

Focus on the digital economy, and strengthen computing power infrastructure.

At Beijing Lanyun Technology Group, discussions were held on the agency operation of the computing power center project, the computing power market demand in Changchun, the computing power carrier situation in the demonstration zone, and the implementation of the "one province, two parks" model. The two sides also explored close cooperation methods from computing power infrastructure construction to computing power application, and initially reached a consensus on the establishment of the Lanyun computing power center project. 

Guo Li, director of the Government Service Center of the Demonstration Zone Management Committee, and officials from the Commerce Bureau and the Optoelectronic Information Industry Office attended the relevant activities.
