From April 7 to 11, Liu Naijun, secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone, led a team to Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai to carry out investment promotion activities. The purpose of the activities was to conduct in-depth cooperation with leading enterprises, research institutes and industry organizations, to precisely and pragmatically promote high-quality cooperation projects, and to provide a solid underpinning for high-quality development.

Efforts should be made to develop emerging industries and cultivate characteristic projects. At Tianjin Bi'an Biotechnology Company, the team visited the production workshop to learn about the research and development process, production cycle, sales price and market share of water-soluble biodegradable materials. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on project implementation factors, policy support and product market expansion, with a cooperation intention reached. At Baidu AI Cloud Qianfan Large Model Industry (Beijing) Innovation Base, the team gained an understanding of the construction and operation mode of the AI basic data annotation industry base. Referring to typical cases in Beijing, Shanxi and Haikou, the two sides discussed an initial cooperation plan for the establishment of an intelligent platform integrating computing power. At the Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute, the team learned about the company's development history, drew on advanced experience in urban infrastructure construction, and discussed the establishment of a cooperation platform for asset revitalization, planning consultation and project connection. The team jointly planned with Shanghai Greenland Hotel and Tourism Group to build a diversified and international cultural tourism benchmark integrating exhibitions, performances, catering, accommodation, leisure and entertainment based on the China-ROK City Pavilion, the Abritz Hotel and surrounding infrastructure. At Beijing Henghuitong Low Temperature Storage Company, the team understood the current production and operation situation of the company. The two sides conducted in-depth communication on the continuous revitalization, development and utilization of the cold chain logistics park in the China-ROK Demonstration Zone.
