From February 18 to 21, Tang Dapeng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone and director of its Management Committee, led a team to Wenzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen to carry out investment promotion activities. Focusing on such three major fields as biomedicine, hydrogen energy and digital economy, the team visited Wenzhou GSP Automotive Group, CAS Lamvac Biotech Co Ltd, Hynovation Technologies Co Ltd and Guoxia Culture Digital Technology Co Ltd. Through symposiums and field visits, they deeply connected with the needs of industry chain cooperation and promoted the precise implementation of key projects.
In CAS Lamvac Biotech Co Ltd, Tang Dapeng learned about the research and development progress of the malaria parasite antitumor drug project, and listened to the introduction of CAS Lamvac's scientific and technological achievements. Tang said that Changchun's biomedical industry has strong scientific research strength and a complete industrial chain, which is highly compatible with the company's projects. The demonstration zone will integrate the resources of its health industry, provide comprehensive support including policies and carriers, and help the company build an innovative drug research and development highland in the zone, he added.
In Hynovation Technologies Co Ltd, Tang had a detailed understanding of the research and development of hydrogen fuel cell technology and the planning of industrial base construction. He said that Hynovation's technological innovation and industrial layout in the field of hydrogen energy have provided new ideas for the development of the new energy industry. At present, the demonstration zone has incorporated hydrogen energy into its strategic emerging industry layout. In the future, it will strengthen the upstream and downstream coordination of the industrial chain, support enterprises in building demonstration projects, jointly create a "production-storage-transmission-use-detection" full chain ecosystem, and gain an upper hand in the new energy industry.
In Guoxia Culture Digital Technology Co Ltd, Tang had an in-depth discussion with the company on the Northeast (Northeast Asia) Sub-center project of China Culture Data Exchange. He said that Guoxia Culture's innovative application and culture data exchange model in the field of digital technology have provided new opportunities for the development of the digital economy industry. The demonstration zone will fully support the project to settle in the Digital Economy Industry Park, promote the implementation of culture data asset exchanges, blockchain technology applications and other scenarios, provide digital empowerment for local firms, attract more digital asset-related enterprises, and boost the upgrading and high-quality development of its digital economy industry.
The investment promotion activities further deepened the cooperation consensus between the demonstration zone and enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, injecting new momentum into regional industrial development. Tang stressed that all departments in the demonstration zone should improve service quality, optimize the business environment, ensure efficient implementation and early results of projects, and achieve win-win development between the government and businesses.
