From April 8 to 9, Li Rui, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China-ROK Demonstration Zone, led a team to participate in the 2024 World Health Expo in Wuhan, Hubei province. During the event, the team attended the Jilin Medical and Health Industry Promotion Conference, visited the Hubei Laser Industry Association, and inspected the exhibitors and associations at the expo, which further strengthened government-enterprise exchanges and cooperation, promoted the steady development of the demonstration zone's health industry, and improved the quality and efficiency of investment attraction work.

During the visit to the Hubei Laser Industry Association, Secretary General Huang Hui introduced the association's overall situation. Li Rui said that the demonstration zone will speed up the development of its optoelectronic information industry in such areas as optoelectronic information, semiconductor components, software & information technology and big data, and will build itself into a hub for international cooperation in the industry. Li expressed her hope to establish friendly and cooperative relations with the Hubei Laser Industry Association for common development, and invited the association to visit the demonstration zone.

At the World Health Expo, the team led by Li Rui visited the exhibition areas of Jilin Fulanns Medical Technology Co and Changchun Haobang Health Technology Co, communicated with relevant company leaders on business promotion and market exploration for prompt grasp of their development needs, and assisted them in expanding foreign markets. The team also visited the Health Industry Park Community and other exhibitors in the health industry, aiming to actively establish contacts and seek project cooperation.

During the series activities of the expo, the demonstration zone took the initiative to promote itself to organizers, exhibitors and associations, showcasing its charm and potential. Moving forward, the demonstration zone will advance investment attraction with innovative thinking and pragmatic measures, strive for the early implementation of results from the activities, and inject imputes into the high-quality development of its health industry.
