Enterprise delegation of Jilin Chamber of Commerce in Japan visits Changchun Opening-up and Cooperation Demonstration Zone

Yesterday, a 9-person enterprise delegation of the Jilin Chamber of Commerce in Japan visited the demonstration zone. In April this year, the trade group of the demonstration zone held an investment briefing in Japan for new technology, new energy and new materials enterprises, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Jilin Chamber of Commerce in Japan, and had in-depth discussions with participating enterprises. This time, the Jilin Chamber of Commerce in Japan led an enterprise delegation to conduct a return visit and had in-depth exchanges on project cooperation with the demonstration zone.

Leaders of the demonstration zone extended a welcome to the delegation and introduced the development of the demonstration zone. Participating Japanese companies gave speeches on the cooperation with the demonstration zone to establish a particle research institute to develop BNCT facility, as well as on the R&D of oxy-hydrogen breathing machines and the production and processing of atomic water equipment. The meeting invited enterprises and experts, such as CAS Ion Medical Technology, the 1st Hospital of Jilin University and Changchun Equity Fund, to have in-depth exchanges with participating Japanese enterprises. The delegation visited the China-ROK City Pavilion, the Industrial Innovation Demonstration Base and related industrial parks after the meeting.

Next, the demonstration zone will continue to deepen cooperation with the Jilin Chamber of Commerce in Japan, introduce counterpart enterprises, and guide fund management companies to strengthen project matchmaking and cooperation. It will also make new progress in projects, promote opening-up and cooperation at a higher level, on a larger scale and in a wider range, keep expanding avenues of economic and trade exchanges with Japan, attract projects and investment, enhance cooperation, and raise the level of opening-up.

Leaders of the Bureau of International Cooperation and Exchanges, the Health Bureau, the Equity Fund and other departments of the demonstration zone participated in the event.
